Cool in the pool during summer!



For the first 6 weeks of school, Room 5 students have been swimming nearly everyday! We have been learning how to swim and how to be safe in the water. It is our last day swimming for term 1 and Room 5 students are going to miss swimming!

    Hi my name is Jack I am at Hokitika Primary School. We have a pool at our school too but our pool has a roof. The photos looked like you were having a lot of fun. It looked warm because the sun was heating it up. I would love to see some more photos.

    Hi my name is Saasha i go to school at Hokitika Primary School. We have a pool at our school too but our one has a roof . I don’t like your photos, I love them! it looks warm where you are so the water must be really warm. Happy blogs Saasha

    Hi my name is Lukas and I go to Hokitika Primary School. I like the pool at your school because it doesn’t have a roof. The sun would heat it up much better than the one at our school because we have a roof. I like swimming time too especially when I wear my googles because I can see under the water.

    Hi my name is Billy and I go to Hokitika Primary School. I like your pool because it doesn’t have a roof and the sun can heat it so it doesn’t use any power. I like swimming especially in a warm pool. Thanks for sharing your photos. Happy blogging
